6.5.10 In some cases a delegate would be entitled to perform any transaction offered by a service for the client on whose behalf they act. More general y, a delegate would be authorised to perform some wel -defined subset of the activities that the client they represent is able to perform (for example, an accountant might be authorised to complete a client's tax returns, but might not be authorised to change that client's address details).
